Taigen on märjapoolne, ära jahu juurde lisa. Kata kilega ja pane pooleks tunniks külmikusse.</span></div>

Võta külmikust taigen ning suru see näppudega 20 cm-se ringi sisse, ühtlaseks lamedaks kettaks. Küpseta 200-kraadises ahjus 10 minutit või kuniks äärtest kergelt pruunikas. Jahuta restil. Tõsta peale 20 cm-se koogivormi ketas ja vajadusel korrigeeri koogiketas noaga ning tõsta see koogivormi sisse ootele.</span></div>

Kes pelgab astelpaju marjade hapukast maitset, siis seda palju tunda pole, tunda on nii palju kui marju kaunistuseks paned (torti söövad isuga ka astelpajumarja põlgurid). Karamellise maitse annab kreemile keedetud kondenspiim. Mina tegin koogi 24-cm koogivormis, kuid kes soovib kõrgemat torti, soovitaksin kasutada u.22 cm koogivormi. Kuna koogipõhjad on üpris kõvad, siis tasub põhju väga korralikult immutada, et kook mõnusalt mahlane jääks.</span></div>

Võta ahjust, aseta kohe peale 20 cm läbimõõduga taldrik või koogivormi põhi ja lõika terava noa abil koogi põhi välja.</span></div>

Maasikad võib hoopis ära jätta ja lisada rohkem rabarberit ja lisada nt. suur peotäis piparmünti-saab mõnusalt hapukas, samas mündise maitsega jook.</span><br />

Kauni sinise värvitooni andis punane kapsas. Nimelt hakkisin poole poti jagu kapsast peenemaks ja katsin veega, lasin vaikselt podiseda u. tund.</div>

Jätsin keedetud munad vedelikku värvuma. Esialgu tundus, et ilusat roosat värvi ei jää üldse peale, kuid paari tunni pärast oli natuke värvi jäänud peale, küll aga selline tuhm vanaroosa, puistasin veidike peedipulbrit peale, et huvitav muster jääks. Teisi mune hoidsin peedivedelikus üleöö ja siis jäi munadele selline punakas-pruun värvitoon. </div>

Lisan ka pildi eelmisel aastal värvitud munadest. Ka eelmistel pühadel kasutasin punast kapsast sinaka tooni saamiseks. Eelmine kord keetsin mune lillas vedelikus ja jätsin kõik munad üleööks vedelikku.</div>

Väga ilus kollane tuli kurkumipulbriga, selleks segasin kuuma vee kurkumipulbriga ja keetsin selles mune, munad jäid ööseks kurkumivedelikku. Kurkumiga värvides peab olema äärmiselt ettevaatlik, et midagi muud ära ei määriks. </div>

Segasin ka punase kapsa vedeliku ja kurkumi vedelikku, et saada roheline värv, kuid pigem jäi nende kahe segu pruunikas.</div>

Mulle väga meeldib mune värvida looduslike vahenditega ja saada kenasid värvitoone. Kuid paraku iga katsetuse tagajärjeks ei pruugi olla imeilus muna, kuid katsetamine on omamoodi tore ettevõtmine, sest kunagi ei tea, mis välja tuleb.</div>
